1. The “Land Size” Reality Check
Our smallest design starts at 200m² of floor area.
Most of our homes are over 300 m² with wide frontages (18 m+).
- Standard Suburban Block: 400m² – 600m² → We Won’t Fit.
- Acreage / Rural Block: 2,000m² + → Perfect Match.
If you are in a tight residential estate, our designs simply won’t work with council setbacks and site coverage limits. We build for the country, for space, and for lifestyle.
2. The “Real Cost” Reality Check (Kit vs. Finished)
A common mistake is thinking the “Kit Price” is the final price.
The Kit is just the shell. To turn it into a Class 1a liveable home, you need a slab, plumbing, electrical, lining, and approvals.
The Golden Rule:
Finished Cost ≈ Kit Price x 3 (Owner Managed)

3. The “Builder” Reality Check
We supply the Kit and can connect you with installers to get you to Lockup.
We do not do “Turnkey” (move-in ready) builds.
- You (or your builder) manage the internal fit-out (kitchens, bathrooms, painting).
- You save the builder’s margin (typically 20-30%) by managing the finish yourself.
